Here’s a great link to what appears to be a fairly comprehensive list of clubs and nightlife around the Asheville area. Listings are broken down into categories, with separate pages for “Downtown, “Asheville Area”, and “Outskirts”, which includes Black Mountain, Weaverville, and other nearby towns.

There’s also a page for Asheville Area Festivals, including listings for Bele Chere in downtown Asheville and the “LEAF” festival in Black Mountain.
